Shipping policy
At Hinterland, we work with trusted carriers like UPSP, Australia Post, DHL, Royal Mail and other logistics providers around the globe. We always do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped from our location in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.
Shipping costs and shipping times are calculated at checkout
STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES
- United States: 12 - 16 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 15 - 21 days
- Europe: 16 - 21 days
- Other Countries: 15 - 25 days
The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping addresses, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Ultimately, orders on occasion can take a bit longer, but we will get it to you!
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time takes up to 3 - 6 business days. Processing includes designing, making, checking, packing, and sending your orders to shipping providers. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
ORDER PAYMENT
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to local currency for you.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We understand people have second thoughts or might have mistakenly ordered the wrong item. Here at Hinterland, we want to make sure you have a great customer experience with us and we will work with you to ensure you get the desired result. We accept 12 hours notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us at hello@hinterlandcraft.com.
Please note that any change request received after the 12-hour period can no longer be accepted because we try to process and ship orders immediately. We will still do our best to work with you if you decide to cancel or change an order. However, if we cannot cancel the order before it is shipped, our return/exchange policy still applies, and would be happy to assist you.
